Job description
Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work in person with children who have autism, in homes, schools and daycares within your region. You will be paired with a BCBA who mentors you from day one, helping you implement individualized behavior plans.
You’ll collect data, follow documented plans, and build trusting relationships with families and caregivers. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules and opportunities to pursue BCBA certification with reimbursement and guidance.
