Job description
ABA Centers of America in Wellesley, MA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time work delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision. Starting pay is $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.
We offer paid training, mentorship, and a path to BACB certification.
