We support you—so you can support your clients.

What We Offer to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT):

Flexible Scheduling : Full-time and part-time positions available, including options for in-home and center-based work.

Competitive Compensation : $22–$26+ per hour based on experience and credentials, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

Supportive Work Environment : Clear protocols, organized schedules, and responsive operations so you can focus on the work that matters.

Professional Development : Opportunities to advance toward lead RBT, trainer, or BCBA certification.

Team Culture : A collaborative workplace where your input is heard and your contribution recognized.

Paid Time Off and benefits available for eligible full-time roles.

What We’re Looking For in a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.

Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred but not required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re someone who connects easily and takes initiative.

Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.

A desire to help children grow and a commitment to creating a positive, consistent learning environment.

A team player who values collaboration and is open to learning and feedback.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:

Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.

Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.

Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.

Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families.

Why You Should Join Us:

We understand that RBTs are the frontline of quality care—and we treat you like it. At United Care ABA, you’ll never be just a number. You’ll be part of a team that sees your work, values your input, and supports your growth. Whether you're looking for stability, professional development, or a workplace that feels like a true team—we’re building it here, together.
