RBT to BCBA: Hands-On ABA Therapist (In-Person)

Job description

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data while building trusting relationships with families and students.

We offer dedicated mentorship from a BCBA, flexible full- or part-time options, and a clear path toward BCBA certification. If you already hold an RBT certification, you’re ready to apply; otherwise we’ll help you obtain it.
