Job description
Above and Beyond Therapy seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic environments. You will implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA and contribute to data collection and session notes.
The role requires collaboration with peers and supervisors, active participation in staff meetings and trainings, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license to commute to multiple locations.
