Job description
Heartland Behavior in Ohio is seeking a dedicated individual to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes and community-based settings. You'll help implement individualized skill-building programs and collect session data with digital tools, joining a supportive clinical team.
No prior experience required; paid training to earn RBT certification is provided, with ongoing mentoring as you begin working with clients and contribute to meaningful outcomes for families.
