Job description
BlueSprig is seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. You will work in center-based or home-based settings, teaching essential communication, social, and self-help skills while collecting progress data.
No direct ABA experience? Training will be provided, along with ongoing mentorship. A structured career ladder through RBT levels offers clear progression and pay increases with experience.
