Job description
Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities through one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA. You will implement intervention plans and collect data.
You will collaborate with families, help develop and adjust treatment plans, document progress, and assist with daily living skills and social interactions. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
