Job description
heartlandbehavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
We offer same day pay, part-time hours, flexible scheduling, career advancement through BCBA schooling programs, and paid training. No minimum case requirements; referral bonuses and strong clinical support are included.
