Job description
Connecticut Behavioral Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Middletown, CT. The role focuses on implementing ABA-based plans to support individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, improving quality of life through effective behavior management strategies.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, educate families, document progress, and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in behavioral health.
