Job description
Heartland ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. This role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based interventions and active collaboration with a clinical team to implement care plans.
Positions are part-time with flexible hours. No prior experience is required beyond RBT certification; paid training is provided and opportunities exist to advance within a growing ABA practice.
