Job description
Alpaca Health is seeking RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities, guided by a BCBA. You will implement behavior strategies, collect data, and help kids grow through consistent routines.
The role offers direct mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, flexible full- or part-time options, and a pathway toward BCBA certification. Compensation ranges $20–$27 per hour depending on experience and location in Hawaii.
