Description
Manage and supervise staff to ensure that all residents receive the appropriate level of care.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Ensure that the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Manage resident care plans and ensure that they are up-to-date and accurate.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure that residents receive the appropriate medical care.
Manage the facility's budget and ensure that expenses are within budgetary constraints.
Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and certified.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to residential care facilities.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
