Job description
Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our interdisciplinary primary care team. You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and Behavioral Counseling for Obesity to patients with diabetes, prediabetes, obesity, and other chronic conditions, in outpatient and SNF settings with telehealth as an option.
