Ready Mix Dispatch & Order CoordinatorGFT Ready Mix is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Ready Mix Dispatch & Order Coordinator to join our Phoenix team. This position serves as an important connection between our customers, drivers, dispatch, and operations teams. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, assisting with product needs, communicating order changes, and helping keep daily ready-mix operations running smoothly. Ready mix experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service, dispatching, logistics, or order-entry experience are encouraged to apply.Weekly pay, 100% employer-paid employee medical coverage including Telehealth, paid holidays, PTO, and paid sick time, 401(k) with employer match, company profit sharing, 100% employer-paid basic life insurance and short-term disability, paid training, benefits available within 45 days of employment or sooner, voluntary dental, vision, life, long-term disability, and supplemental benefits, employee discount program.Key responsibilities include receiving and processing customer ready-mix orders using Command Series software, accurately entering new orders, order changes, and customer information, assisting customers in identifying the appropriate products for their projects and end uses, providing professional and responsive customer service to customers and drivers, communicating order details and changes with dispatch, drivers, and operations, managing multiple orders and changing priorities throughout the day, maintaining accurate records and completing required daily reports, assisting with resolving routine customer and order-related issues, and performing other duties as assigned.Qualifications include minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in dispatching, logistics, a call center, order entry, or a similar environment, ready mix or construction materials experience preferred, previous dispatch or order-management software experience preferred, strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, ability to type at least 40 WPM, strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, ability to work independently and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of Phoenix and surrounding areas preferred, Command Alkon/Command Series experience is a plus, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check in accordance with applicable law.
