nPosition Overview
nThe Real Estate Acquisitions Agent focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and representing clients in investment-focused real estate transactions.
nThis role is suited for licensed professionals who are comfortable operating in a performance-based, commission-only environment.
nKey Responsibilities:
nRepresent buyers and sellers in investment-focused residential transactions
nProspect for acquisition opportunities through networking and outbound outreach
nEvaluate properties using comparative market analysis and investment metrics
nCoordinate with lenders, contractors, and property managers during transactions
nGuide clients through contracts, inspections, and closing processes
nBuild and maintain long-term client relationships
nQualifications:
nActive Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
nAbility to work independently in a production-driven environment
nStrong communication and organizational skills
nExperience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required
nInterest in residential investment property transactions
