Real Estate Acquisitions SpecialistWho you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop a specialty in acquisitions while building connections within the Long Beach luxury real estate market and earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys prospecting, negotiating, building relationships, and identifying properties that may not be actively marketed. You will learn how to uncover off market opportunities, connect with property owners, identify motivation, evaluate potential deals, and create conversations that can lead to appointments and transactions. Through coaching, practical experience, and proven lead generation systems, you will develop stronger prospecting, communication, negotiation, and follow up skills. Working alongside an experienced luxury real estate team, you will gain exposure to acquisitions, market analysis, contracts, investor opportunities, and transaction management. The focus is on creating consistent daily activity, developing a strong pipeline, and building relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, and sellers throughout Long Beach and surrounding communities. Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Generate acquisition opportunities through prospecting and outreachBuild relationships with homeowners and identify potential seller needsMaintain consistent follow up using established systems and processesEvaluate opportunities alongside experienced real estate professionalsParticipate in coaching, training, and daily lead generation activities Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality Good communicationA real estate license is required in order to work with clientsSelf-starter and motivated Strong communication and relationship building skillsCoachable with a willingness to learn proven systemsSelf motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Committed to building a long term career in real estate Compensation: $160,000+ at plan
