Summary
JOIN THE #1 TEAM AT KELLER WILLIAMS GREATER ATHENS
Brittany Purcell & Associates is growing in Commerce, GA, and we're looking for licensed agents who want a real path to success. You'll get proven lead generation systems, scripts, marketing, coaching, and operations support, so you can spend your time with clients instead of on admin.
Day to day, you'll consult with buyers and sellers, hold open houses, turn leads into appointments, and practice with a team that holds each other to a high standard. In return you get commission-based income with room to grow, weekly 1:1 coaching and training, and a team that has fun while it wins.
Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch
Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Conduct two open houses monthly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activitie s per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Consult with sellers , convert to listings and market home
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally . You are a strong communicator and committed to service .
Team player
Licensed real estate professional
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Learning based, growth-minded
Organized
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management skills
