Are you an established real estate agent who has built a strong reputation in your community-but feels like your business has plateaued?
The Dow Group is looking for experienced Area Experts who want to break through that ceiling.
We are not looking for someone who simply has a real estate license. We are looking for a true local expert : someone who has lived in the area, is deeply connected to the community, knows the neighborhoods, businesses and people, and has earned the trust of those around them.

You should: Be a licensed real estate professional with a proven track record
Be deeply connected and engaged in your local community
Have lived in or worked within your target market long enough to genuinely understand it
Have an established sphere, network and reputation
Be entrepreneurial, competitive and coachable
Have demonstrated success but believe your current production doesn't reflect your potential
Want to build a larger, more profitable and sustainable business
Take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience
