Watters International Realty is a multi-market Texas brokerage serving Austin, San Antonio, DFW, and Killeen-Temple-Waco. We provide qualified agents with leads, 10-12 booked listing appointments per month, and an active Income Guarantee program to help build a consistent seller-focused business.
Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Commission pay ($50,000 - $150,000+ annually)
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Self-determined
Work Location: Multiple locations in Texas: Austin, San Antonio, DFW, and Killeen-Temple-Waco
Relocation: Licensed agents relocating to any Watters market are welcome to apply; opportunities are routed to the appropriate local market
