Responsibilities
Complete Rise Property Group | powered by PLACE Launch training program
Implement weekly lead generation strategies using Rise Property Group systems
Assist buyers by scheduling and conducting property showings, supporting buyer agreements (1-2 per month)
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers under supervision (1-2 per month)
Maintain accurate records of tasks and client interactions using team technology
Host and manage two open houses each month
Convert leads and prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments (2-3 monthly)
Engage in weekly script practice and team meetings to enhance communication skills
Participate actively in team events and collaborative activities
Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and partner calls
Support sellers by coordinating listing appointments and marketing efforts
Provide guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services to clients
Qualifications

Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
Naturally adept at handling objections

Valid real estate license
