What We’re Looking For
Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days
2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production preferred
Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends
Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take extreme ownership of results
No Cold Calling. At most brokerages, agents are responsible for finding their own business.
