Job description
Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to grow skills or gain flexibility in real estate. You will show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and control your workload with no mandatory closings. Remote field work is supported, and there are optional educational services to enhance your expertise.
You’ll operate as an independent contractor with a flat-rate payment per field event, earning on weekends when demand is high and customers are plentiful.
