Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and lease agreementsConduct title searches and resolve title issues for residential and commercial propertiesManage real estate closings and ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulationsAdvise clients on zoning, land use, and property development mattersRepresent clients in real estate disputes, litigation, and mediation proceedingsPerform due diligence on real estate acquisitions and dispositionsCoordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactionsRequirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the State of Texas2+ years of experience in real estate law, transactions, or related practice areasStrong knowledge of Texas real estate laws, regulations, and closing proceduresExperience with commercial and/or residential real estate transactions preferredExcellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyAbout Us:JNT2 E ENTERPRISE LLC is a Houston-based enterprise committed to delivering exceptional results in the real estate industry.
