Job description
Forge Legal Recruiting is working with an AmLaw 200 firm in Miami seeking to add a Real Estate Associate (3–6 years) to join their Real Estate Practice Group. This role offers meaningful responsibility and exposure to complex, high-profile transactions within a collaborative, nationally recognized practice. Qualifications:
3-6 years of real estate transactional experience, including purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, financings, and general commercial real estate matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Experience working closely with clients and senior attorneys on complex transactions
Florida Bar admission required
