Overview
A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate (3–5 years) to join its Washington, DC office. The role focuses on high-value commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures. Ideal candidates will have significant experience across multiple areas of commercial real estate and the ability to work on sophisticated lending and investment matters.

Base pay range
$260,000.00/yr - $365,000.00/yr
Key Requirements
3–5 years of commercial real estate attorney experience at a top 100 Am Law firm.
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, or joint ventures
JD from a top law school
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Admission to practice in D.C.
