Responsibilities
• Connect with clients to understand their real estate needs and guide them through the buying or selling process
• Leverage our innovative tools and resources to provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to offer clients the most current insights and advice
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the process
Qualifications
• Have or are willing to obtain an Illinois Real Estate Broker License (Pre-licensing classes available)
• Ability to work independently and have control over the growth of your business
• Stay up to date on the given technology and systems (with help from our training experts)
• Financial stability to invest time and effort now to gain income later
• Willing to continue to attend training, mentoring, and coaching to grow skills continuously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
