If you have a proven track record of sourcing and producing agents, overcoming industry objections, and closing top real estate talent, this role was built for you. Destination NJ Homes is hiring an in-person Growth Leader to take charge of our expansion, driving both talent acquisition and ongoing agent business development.
You will have a genuine, distinct competitive advantage to pitch from day one. We give our agents a clear edge by stripping out 60% of their daily administrative grind through a dedicated backend team, custom-built tech, and robust lead pipelines. For newer agents (And those looking to supplement their current base), we are scaling up our Zillow Flex and internal lead programs.
Your focus spans both talent acquisition and agent growth: bringing producing agents into the brokerage, ensuring a frictionless transition, and partnering with them one-on-one to build larger, more profitable businesses. Because this role directly drives our expansion, your compensation features strong upside: upfront bonuses for every producer you sign, plus production overrides on the team's ongoing sales.
