n nCoaching and Development:
nn Design and implement coaching programs for sales and leadership skills.
n Conduct one-on-one coaching with top producers and emerging leaders.
n Promote continuous learning through training sessions and workshops.
n nGrowth Strategy:
nn Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share.
n Lead key business initiatives and ensure technology adoption.
n Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
