Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
Host two open houses each month
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home identification
Prepare and negotiate purchase offers for clients
Monitor and document activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service
Collaborative team member
Licensed real estate agent
Exceptional written and oral communication abilities

Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
