Job description
Macdonald & Company is partnering with an established private real estate investment firm to appoint a Head of Capital Markets / Chief Financial Officer. The role combines leading the equity capital raising strategy with overarching finance and accounting leadership, joining the senior leadership team and Investment Committee.
The successful candidate will personally develop investor relationships, raise equity capital, and oversee financial reporting, treasury, tax, audit and planning.
