Job description
Regions Bank is seeking an experienced Capital Markets Originator to generate Multifamily/Agency Multifamily loans. You will work across Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD programs, building relationships with clients and bankers while coordinating with analysts and deal managers.
You will analyze markets, evaluate loan opportunities, and present competitive financing solutions. A strong track record in agency origination and a deep understanding of regional markets are essential for success.
