Job description
Endeavor Real Estate Group in Texas seeks a Senior Vice President of Capital Markets to lead sourcing and securing capital for real estate investments. You will manage lender and equity partner relationships, negotiate joint venture and loan documents, and oversee closings and capital projections.
This role reports to the CFO and drives strategic growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial services or CRE, with 10+ years of experience, and may hold CPA or MBA credentials.
