Job description
Trueline’s client, a boutique real estate and business law firm in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing Paralegal to manage residential and commercial closings from start to finish. This is a full-file role at a high-caliber practice, not a high-volume closing operation. It pays $75,000-$100,000 plus a discretionary bonus, on a Monday-Friday, 9-to-5 schedule.
You’ll own each file from title opinion through closing statement, deed, and closing, with the opportunity to grow into contract review and drafting. The right person is detail-driven, intellectually curious, and wants to do excellent work across a wide variety of matters without the closing treadmill.
Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.
