Real Estate Coordinator

Volt is immediately hiring a Real Estate Coordinator at Calabasas, CA.

As a Real Estate Coordinator, you will:

Maintaining title records, managing real estate documentation, and supporting property transactions.

Ensures accurate recordkeeping, reviews property disclosures, assists with deed transfers, and supports title-related compliance activities.

Coordinates oil and gas lease administration, tracks royalties, and maintains CRM databases while working closely with legal, escrow, and cross-functional teams.

Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain title document databases, including deeds, title policies, and property records.

Review and prepare property disclosures and assist with escrow transactions.

Support oil and gas lease administration, division orders, and royalty tracking.

Prepare and record transfer deeds while resolving title-related issues.

Process incoming correspondence and provide administrative support to the legal/paralegal team.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Real estate, title, or escrow experience preferred.

Active California Notary Public certification preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.

Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

This is a Contract full-time opportunity.

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr - $31.00/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
