Immediate need for a talented Real Estate Coordinator . This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus OH (Onsite) . Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $25 - $31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses
Complete rights and restriction reviews and permitting requirements as needed
Research and review real property related documents
Understand and interpret easement agreements
Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database
Conduct quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents
Compile technical data for the Right of Way project team
Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers, and real estate coordinators
Attend and participate in public open houses as requested
Support client needs as directed
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently and as part of a team
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma
3+ years of relevant experience with an associate degree
2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree
Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and task tracking software
Ability to work with diverse skill sets in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player focused on client service
Experience with electric facilities or railroads is preferred but not required
Familiarity with Client Earth and construction drawings is preferred but not required
Designation from IRWA is desirable but not required
Valid driver's license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the company's vehicle driving privileges
Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located
