Job description
Fantastic mid‑sized commercial law firm in Montgomery County has an immediate need for an experienced real estate, corporate and transactional attorney. Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience and be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Essential Functions
Associate concentrates practice in real‑estate transactions, particularly commercial and retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of real property, and financing. Will work on retail, industrial, mixed‑use projects and commercial projects. Financing includes commercial lending, construction loans, acquisition loans. Corporate work may include mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Candidate will have opportunity to work with several principals with clients ranging from closely held businesses to multi‑national entities.
Skills and Qualifications
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Strong analytical abilities, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage workload for multiple supervising attorneys.
Candidate should be a self‑starter, willing and able to work independently and as a team player.
Excellent attention to detail.
