Job description
Dwight & Co. is seeking a Corporate Paralegal in New York City to manage entity structures, legal operations, and closing support across the firm’s real estate finance platform.
You will report to the General Counsel and collaborate with deal teams, outside counsel, title companies, and lenders. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of paralegal experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong organizational skills.
