Job description
Beacon Hill Legal is assisting our in-house client on a priority search to add a commercial real estate attorney to their NorCal office. Ideal candidates will have experience with purchase & sale as well as commercial leasing.
This is a unique opportunity to work with an established company in Northern California
Ideally 3+ years' of commercial real estate experience
This is an in-office role and will be based north of SF - they are open to relocation candidates
It's a 40-hr work week schedule
The compensation will depend on experience, but the base range is ~$200k-230k; with ~15% annual bonus
The company has extensive holdings nationwide, as well as leasing and development arms too
