Real Estate Data SpecialistAre we the road to your future?We are currently searching for an experienced Real Estate Data Specialist to support our Southwest Region located in Shreveport, LA.What you'll be doing:Setting up and maintaining all right-of-way files (physical and electronic), Continual project data entryDocumentation of all special conditionsPreparation and production of easementsPayment schedulesInformational letters or packetsOther documentsResponsible for data maintenance of projects: Generating accurate reportsData merges to external documents using mail merge capabilitiesPerforming quality control checksPeer data reviewsPrepare and review reports involving Ownership informationStatus of acquisition processesSpecial conditionsContacts with Right-of-Way Agents and landownersPayments madeDamage settlementsOther pertinent dataReview legal documents to ensure that all have been properly executed and notarizedReview check requests for accuracy and proper paperwork Prepare checksReplenishment requestsMaintain ledgerComplete reconciliation reportsAny other duties required for the maintenance of a client escrow accountMaintain document tracking system for all legal documents Prepare and send for recordingEnsure all pages and exhibits are correct and accounted forEnsure the documents are properly notarized and executed by all necessary partiesPerform internal and external project closeout duties Database quality checks and updatesDocument uploadsEnsure all missing data is accounted for and entered/uploaded to internal and external database systemsWhat you need to have:Experience in the Real Estate or Utility industryAbility to read and interpret title commitments and right of way plats/plansExperience with Microsoft Office ProductsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
