Real Estate Executive AssistantPosition: Real Estate Executive Assistant Working Hours: US business hours EST Monday to Friday Salary Range: $1,500 - $1,800 USD (Depending on experience)About the client Our client is a cannabis dispensary and delivery service serving the Rochester, NY area (including Henrietta, Brighton, Pittsford, Fairport & Penfield, NY). They offer a wide selection of cannabis products such as flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, pre-rolls, tinctures, and accessories. They also highlight delivery, rewards programs, and discounts for veterans and students, and position themselves as a welcoming retail location with knowledgeable staff to help both recreational and medical cannabis customers.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Executive Assistant to support the owner with day-to-day real estate operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, follows up diligently, and can identify opportunities that may otherwise be missed in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up on real estate leads, inquiries, and potential opportunitiesTrack and manage incoming leads to ensure timely responsesUpdate and maintain online real estate listings across platformsProvide administrative and operational support to the ownerAssist with basic marketing initiatives related to real estate listingsCoordinate documentation, schedules, and internal follow-upsProactively flag opportunities, deadlines, or tasks requiring attentionNice-to-Have SkillsBasic graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, simple social media visuals)Experience assisting with marketing or listing promotionFamiliarity with real estate workflows or CRM tools(Note: Design and content creation are helpful but not the primary focus of the role.)Ideal Candidate ProfileHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong follow-up and communication skillsProactive and comfortable working independentlyAble to manage multiple tasks and shifting prioritiesPrevious experience as an executive assistant, real estate assistant, or administrative support is a plus
