Job description
Adams- is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate (3–5 years) to support its California-based real estate finance practice while working from the Seattle office. You will advise lenders, investors, and developers on complex transactions across asset classes, including multifamily, office, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of real estate transactional experience, strong drafting and due diligence skills, and CA licensure.
