Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate Finance to lead analytical support for the company’s real estate portfolio. You will drive investment analyses, occupancy cost modeling, and portfolio optimization in collaboration with Real Estate, Legal, Construction, and executive teams.
You will build and maintain financial models, conduct ROI/NPV analyses, and support site approvals, renewals, relocations, and store openings.
