Growing real estate company in NYC seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join their team. Excellent work/life balance with competitive pay & benefits.

Responsibilities:
• Develop property and portfolio financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support investment and capital planning. • Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and investor presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders. • Reconcile and analyze Yardi data to ensure accuracy and support financial reporting. • Assist in underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions and redevelopment initiatives • Improve financial reporting processes, tools, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field • 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience in the commercial real estate industry • Advanced Excel and Yardi experience • Knowledgeable with property management workflows • Strong understanding of real estate financial functions such as CAM, leasing structures, and cap rates
