Job description
MRLP seeks a litigation associate for its Southeast Litigation group. The role covers residential and commercial foreclosures, title disputes, and related real estate matters, with court appearances and strategy development.
You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and negotiate settlements with independence and professional judgment. Ideal candidates have 1–10 years of real estate/foreclosure litigation experience and adaptability to office, hybrid, or remote work based on business
