SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join the Growth team, acting as the first contact for prospective agents and driving engagement throughout recruitment outreach, scheduling meetings, and administrative tasks. You will collaborate with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to support expansion initiatives.
This role focuses on lead generation, outreach, and CRM management, with hybrid work in Southern California and national mobility as needed.
