Job description
SERHANT. in Boston is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team, acting as the first point of contact for prospective real estate agents and driving engagement through outreach, meetings, and onboarding efficiencies.
You will coordinate with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth, build a robust candidate pipeline via inbound/outbound activities, and manage CRM records to ensure a smooth recruitment process in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
