Job description
Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the Senior Investments Team in underwriting potential opportunities, building financial models, and preparing memorandums for IC/Blackstone committees. You will work with the development and operations teams on market analyses, leases, and portfolio reporting.
The role requires a Finance/Real Estate focus, strong Excel and Argus (AE) skills, and excellent communication. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Texas.
