Disposition Sales Specialist
Join Eclipse Buys Homes as our next Disposition Sales Specialist and play a key role in turning off-market properties into profitable opportunities! You'll market and sell our wholesale deals to a growing network of real estate investors, builders, and developers while creating urgency, negotiating strong terms, and building lasting buyer relationships.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy position with significant earning potential for someone who is competitive, confident on the phone, and excited by real estate. If you thrive on closing deals, connecting with people, and winning as part of a driven team, we want to meet you.
Compensation: $35,000-$100,000+ a year (base salary + commission)
