Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Real Estate Litigation Counsel to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will engage in civil litigation matters involving real estate issues, working in a dynamic and client-focused environment.
Duties
Manage and litigate real estate and construction cases.
Collaborate with a team on complex litigation matters.
Represent clients in trial and appellate courts.
Engage in alternative dispute resolution methods.
Requirements
Minimum of eight years of experience in real estate and/or construction litigation. Admission to the California Bar. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
California Bar admission.
Skills
Strong case management abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in litigation and dispute resolution.
